On October 22, Solbi uploaded a video titled “Introducing My Future Husband” to her YouTube channel, where the couple shared more details about their relationship. “I said I would get married within three years, so today, I’m going to keep that promise by introducing my future husband,” Solbi announced.
Lee Kyu Han then introduced himself as “actor Lee Kyu Han, the future husband of Solbi, who is about to marry the most beautiful woman in the world” — and revealed he had been quietly watching her YouTube channel since the KBS dating show Pursuing Old Encounters ended. “I subscribed right after the show ended. I’ve watched almost all of her videos,” he said.
Lee Kyu Han’s 20-Year Love Confession
The sweetest moment came when Solbi brought up an old video where she declared she would marry within three years. When she asked what he thought while watching it, Lee Kyu Han replied, “I wondered if I would have to wait three years” — and then confessed that his feelings for her went back much, much further than their reality-show romance.
The actor also admitted he was stunned by the response to their announcement: “I didn’t know our marriage announcement would receive this much attention. I’m truly touched.”
Wedding Set for April 2027
The couple first connected through Pursuing Old Encounters, which aired in 2025, before developing a real romantic relationship. They have reportedly completed the formal meeting between their families and are preparing to tie the knot in April 2027, in a private ceremony with only family, relatives, and close acquaintances.
What started as a dating show connection has turned into one of K-entertainment’s greatest love stories — two decades in the making.
