Calendly is a new iPhone app that puts your calendar and tasks right on your Lock Screen — drawn as a live wallpaper that updates throughout the day. It launched today on Product Hunt and is free to try.
The pitch is simple: see your schedule the moment you pick up your phone — no widgets to configure, no apps to open, no doomscroll detours pulling you away.
Calendly: your Lock Screen becomes your schedule
Calendly draws your calendar, reminders, Todoist tasks, notes and countdowns onto the iPhone Lock Screen wallpaper, then redraws it automatically through a Shortcuts automation. So when your day changes, your wallpaper changes with it.
You can pick from beautifully designed templates and customize them to match your style, layout and priorities — what shows up, how big, and where. And it’s fully private: everything runs on-device, so your schedule never leaves your phone.
Who Calendly is for
This is a productivity play for people who check their phone dozens of times a day. If glancing at your Lock Screen for the time already means seeing your next meeting and your top tasks, you might actually stay off the apps. Students, freelancers and anyone who runs their life out of a calendar should give it a look.
Calendly is available via the App Store, with free options — no pricing details beyond that were shared on its Product Hunt launch page.
