Kam Hendrix Claims He Would Cook Anybody in John Cena Classic
The bold claim came shortly after John Cena announced the tournament details on Raw. The John Cena Classic takes place on December 14 at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, with Cena unveiling a brand-new championship for the winner and naming Cody Rhodes as the first invited participant.
That’s a confident statement to make with Cody Rhodes already confirmed for the field. Hendrix didn’t single anyone out — instead suggesting he could take down the entire field, whoever WWE puts in front of him.
Will Kam Hendrix Get His Shot?
There’s one catch: WWE hasn’t announced Hendrix as a participant, so there’s no guarantee he’ll get the chance to back up his words. Still, the NXT standout made his intentions crystal clear — he wants to be taken seriously as a potential competitor in the tournament.
Whether Hendrix earns an invitation remains to be seen, but he’s certainly put himself out there before the tournament begins. If he gets in, Cody Rhodes might be waiting.
