The upcoming drama “What a Boss Wants” has unveiled a new poster, and it’s all about the love triangle. The character posters spotlight Sung Hoon, Oh Se Young and Lee Jung Shin — each with a distinct color palette and a tagline that reveals their inner thoughts. The web-novel-based romance premieres November 11 at 10:20 p.m. KST on Viki. (Credits: Soompi)
What a Boss Wants Posters: Three Colors, Three Hearts
Sung Hoon stars as Kwon Do Hyuk, a chaebol boss with zero sense of taste who sets out to find the mysterious woman whose voice he heard on an album. His poster, drenched in blue, scatters zeros and ones across the background — a nod to his perfectionist, data-and-logic worldview. His tagline oozes confidence: “Three months, and you’ll fall for me without fail.”
Oh Se Young plays Lee Eun Chae, the lead vocalist of the indie band Indie Red, chasing her dream of becoming a singer — and the one variable Kwon Do Hyuk never calculated. Bright colors and musical notes frame her carefree charm, while her tagline fires back: “There’s no way I’d fall for a guy like that.”
Then there’s Lee Jung Shin as Moon Tae Kyung — kind, attentive, and quietly guarding Lee Eun Chae’s secret. “Don’t worry! I’ll keep it a secret,” his tagline promises. Set against fresh green with fluttering leaves, he’s positioned as her self-appointed knight in shining armor.
When Does What a Boss Wants Premiere?
The production team said each poster was designed with elements and colors reflecting the character’s personality: “Please watch the cheerful and heart-fluttering romance that unfolds as three people from different worlds become entangled.” “What a Boss Wants” premieres November 11 at 10:20 p.m. KST and will be available to stream on Viki.
