“Good Partner 2” has dropped a new teaser, and the divorce-law rivalry is heating up. Jang Nara returns as star lawyer Cha Eun Kyung, but this time she’s facing a provocative new opponent: Park Hae Jin as Park Tae Su, lead attorney of law firm Taesu. The legal drama premieres November 20 at 9:50 p.m. KST. (Credits: Soompi)
Good Partner 2 Teaser: Park Hae Jin Wants the Floor Above Jang Nara
The teaser opens with Park Tae Su declaring his ambition — literally from above. He wants an office one floor above Cha Eun Kyung, musing, “If we call half the prices of Rebom, the cases from the floor below us will all come to us.” His self-promotional YouTube channel plastered across the office building’s walls leaves Cha Eun Kyung speechless.
There’s history here, too. Park Tae Su peeks into Cha Eun Kyung’s office and asks, “Eun Kyung, do you not remember me?” — hinting that the two were college classmates. She leaves his greeting hanging, thoroughly unimpressed.
“He’s a Total Copycat”: The Rivalry Ignites
When Jeon Eun Ho (P.O) asks in shock whether Cha Eun Kyung is on familiar terms with the rival lawyer, she dismisses him: “He’s a total copycat.” The teaser closes with her finally deciding to deal with Park Tae Su — and his quiet confidence: “You’re the same as always, Cha Eun Kyung.”
Following Season 1’s success, the new season pairs Cha Eun Kyung with Kang Hye Sung (Kim Hye Yoon), an experienced lawyer who is serious when it comes to divorce, as the two become each other’s “good partner” — all while Park Tae Su aims to dominate the legal divorce scene from above.
