SmackDown Spoiler Results: Gunther Brawls With Finn Balor
The show opened with Gunther cutting a promo, denying he was scared during the Halloween episode and claiming he did everyone a favor by taking out Danhausen. Gunther then criticized Finn Balor for getting involved with Danhausen, calling him a disgrace and challenging the real Balor to face him.
Balor came out and declared there were no smoke and mirrors — just a Demon waiting to come out. The two brawled, with Gunther throwing Balor off the top rope before Balor fought back and sent Gunther retreating up the ramp.
In the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match, Fatal Influence faced B-Fab and Michin. Chaos erupted when Tatum Paxley hit a body press on Jade Cargill, sparking a brawl that drew out Bayley, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. The babyfaces eventually cleared the ring.
Chelsea Green vs. Liv Morgan Crown Jewel Build Continues
SmackDown GM Nick Aldis met with Chelsea Green about her Crown Jewel match against Liv Morgan, telling her he was proud to have her representing SmackDown as WWE Women’s Champion. Green admitted Morgan’s comments had gotten to her, confessing she battles self-doubt and wonders whether her name belongs among past champions.
Liv Morgan then crashed the segment, mocking Green as a charity case who only won the title because Rhea Ripley got injured. Morgan vowed to prove Green’s self-doubts right at Crown Jewel and become the greatest women’s champion of all time.
