The upcoming SBS drama “Nine to Six” has officially announced its premiere date — and Park Min Young and Yook Sungjae are already showing off their chemistry in a brand-new script reading video.

When Does “Nine To Six” Premiere?

“Nine to Six” will premiere on November 25 at 9 p.m. KST, and the new making-of clip gives fans a first taste of the lead pair’s dynamic. The drama adapts the popular 2021 Chinese series “The Rational Life” into a Korean office romance set at a company called Chronic Motors.

A Workaholic Meets A Warm Heart

Park Min Young stars as Kang Yi Ji, a logical, cool-headed workaholic who is resolute at work but clumsy in love. Opposite her, Yook Sungjae plays Han Seon Woo, a warm-hearted, affectionate younger man radiating bright, gentle charm. The drama follows how the thoughtful Han Seon Woo teaches the romance-shy Kang Yi Ji how to love, as the two grow together in their careers and lives.

Go Soo Returns To Romance After 15 Years

Go Soo returns to the romance genre for the first time in 15 years as Park Hyun Tae, an elite general manager who judges employees solely on performance. Joo Hyun Young plays Kang Yi Ji’s close friend Shin Ji Won, a full-time housewife of seven years, adding warmth and realism.

The drama also promises realistic mother-daughter chemistry between Park Min Young and Kim Mi Kyung (playing Yi Ji’s mother Lee Kyung Shim), plus a trio of insufferable “office villains” — Jung Hae Kyun, Jo Bok Rae, and Cha Chung Hwa.
