The Dungeon Crawler Carl merchandise explosion has a new entry: a 500-piece “Meet the Crawlers” jigsaw puzzle is now on sale at Barnes & Noble, and it is the biggest official DCC puzzle yet.
Spotted on Reddit, the puzzle comes from Kingdom of Threads — the same brand that released a 250-piece Dungeon Crawler Carl puzzle about eight months ago — and features a full cast of familiar characters from Matt Dinniman’s books, including Carl and Donut.

The 500-Piece Dungeon Crawler Carl Puzzle Details
The “Meet the Crawlers” puzzle features custom art by Levi Cleeman and doubles as a poster once assembled. Kingdom of Threads is already a known name among book fandoms, having partnered with major franchises like ACOTAR and Fourth Wing on puzzles of their own.
Right now there are three official Dungeon Crawler Carl puzzles available, with the 500-piece set holding the highest piece count. Fans wanting a bigger challenge will have to wait for future releases.
DCC Merch and Tabletop Adaptations Keep Growing
The LitRPG series’ merchandise shelf is filling fast — T-shirts, graphic novels, action figures, tabletop games, and even a Halloween costume are already out there. And for players rather than puzzlers, the Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG and the Dungeon Crawler Carl Unstoppable Board Game from Renegade Studios are both available to preorder ahead of their December 1 release.
