Speedball Mike Bailey has sung the praises of Will Ospreay, calling the AEW World Champion “the best wrestler in the world” and insisting there are “absolutely no half measures” when the Brit steps into the ring.

“Everything Is 100%”
Speaking to The Wrestling Classic in a new interview, Bailey broke down what makes Ospreay special — and why he believes his United Empire faction leader sits at the very top of the industry.
“There are absolutely no half measures with Will Ospreay. There is nothing that he does, not a single movement, not a decision that he hesitates on. Everything is 100%,” Bailey said. “That gets him in trouble sometimes. You see him overcommit, make decisions a bit too fast, and that might be his one flaw. But watching him go is absolutely impressive.”
Bailey noted that Ospreay’s full-throttle commitment is something he sensed the very first time they wrestled — at PWG back in 2015 — and it has carried him all the way to the AEW World Championship.
United Empire’s US Branch
Ospreay currently leads the US branch of the United Empire faction, which includes Speedball alongside Andrade El Idolo, the Brawling Birds, and Francisco Akira. Elsewhere in the same interview, Bailey also spoke about his relationship with MVP.
