Stephanie Vaquer is reportedly set to be out indefinitely, according to a new report on the WWE star’s absence. The news follows a confusing sequence of events that saw Vaquer announce she was cleared to compete, only for Raw general manager Adam Pearce to say otherwise.
According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Vaquer’s absence is believed to be illness-related. Cory Hays of False Finish followed up by reporting that Vaquer will be “out indefinitely,” leaving her return timeline unclear.

Stephanie Vaquer Out Indefinitely: What Happened
The confusion began on Saturday, when Vaquer announced that she had been cleared from her ankle injury and was good to compete on Monday’s WWE Raw against Becky Lynch. But when Raw opened on Monday, Pearce announced that Vaquer was not cleared, and she did not appear in the scheduled match.
The conflicting messages left fans wondering what was really going on, and the latest reports suggest illness, rather than the ankle injury, is behind her current absence. Fightful has said it will provide more details on Vaquer’s situation as they become known.
Stephanie Vaquer’s Recent Run and Last Match
Vaquer last wrestled at the Hawaii Live Events on October 16 and 17. Before that, she competed at WWE Money in the Bank in a triple threat match against Liv Morgan and Lynch, a bout that saw her lose the WWE Women’s World Title to Morgan.
Vaquer has been one of WWE’s most prominent stars, and any extended absence is a significant blow to the women’s division. Her in-ring style and championship pedigree have made her a central figure on Raw, and fans will be hoping the “indefinitely” label proves shorter than it sounds.
For now, the situation remains fluid. With the cause reported as illness-related and no return date given, the next update on Vaquer’s status will be closely watched by the WWE Universe.
